Tim Gunn

Welcome to the Tim Gunn Biography Page.

Born on July the 29th back in 1953 in Washington, D.C. While growing up Mr. Gunn's father was an FBI agent under President J. Edgar Hoover. In high school Gunn was an excellent swimmer and won many championships. Later he decided to join the Corcoran College of Art & Design. He received a BFA in sculpture. The next big step he took was becoming a Associate Dean at Parsons in 1982. Eleven years later Gunn decided to call it quits and began to get into acting. In 2004 the show called Project Runway debuted and he became very well known for his witty persona and catch lines. Having a lot of success with television and fans he later joined Liz Claiborne's staff as the chief creative offer of the company in 2007.
